MANIFESTATIONS OF A GENERAL CHARACTER

ByC Corona SL manifests and guarantees that, to this date, the Blog has the necessary technology (software and hardware) for the access and use of this.  However, ByC Corona SLcannot guarantee the inexistence of virus or other damaging elements, introduced by any means for any third party, that could produces alterations in the Users computer systems.

The user accepts that the Blog has been created and developed in good faith by ByC Corona with information proceeding from internal sources and offered in its actual condition to the users, and may contain  imprecision’s or misprints. For this, the user exonerates ByC Corona SL of any responsibility in relation to the reliability, use, or false expectations that the Blog could produce during the navigation of this.

The user agrees that any of their activities developed through the Blog, are appropriate to the law, the morality, the public order, and good manners, and under no circumstances will result offensive to the good name and commercial image of ByC Corona SL, for the rest of the Users of the Blog, or for third parties.

In particular, to a heading  merely worded and not limitative, the user agrees to not use the Blog with  the purpose of, (a) impersonating the identity of a third party, (b) incite or promote criminal, denigratory, defamatory, or offensive actions that are  generally  against the law, morality and public order. (c) Induce or promote actions or ideas that are for reasons of race, sex, ideology, religious or beliefs. (d) Incorporate, put to the disposal of, or permit access to products, elements, messages and/or services that are criminal, violent, pornographic or offensive, or generally against the law, morality and public order. (e) Violate the Intellectual and Industrial Property that belongs to third parties. (f) Violate the regulations about communication secrecy, publicity regulations and/or unfair competition regulations.
No messages sent or inserted in the Blog can use incorrect, denigratory, defamatory or insulting expressions.  The authors will be the only ones responsible for the contents of their messages in the communications spaces, like posts or commentaries of these. ByC Corona SL will not be responsible for the contents sent by the users or for the opinions expressed on these. ByC Corona SL reserves the right to eliminate at any time, content that appears on the Blog that is illegal or fails to fulfil the conditions of utilization as written here. In the event of this, the legal responsibility will correspond to the persons who has committed the infraction

The access tothe Web of ByC Corona implies the acceptance our Privacy Policy.

At all times and in a scrupulous way, ByC Corona SL, will respect the regulations of the protection of private information.

The user, by providing information or data of a personal character, accepts the handling and/or communication in a way that is it contemplated in this Policy of the handling of personal Information. If the User is not in agreement with any of the questions regulated here, they should abstain to introduce private information of a personal character in the Blog.

The ByC Corona Web provides the possibility of free subscription for the users, to receive by electronic post, a bulletin with a summary of the new contents published in the Blog. You can consult the private policy on the Webof Feedburner Inc, who is the company that provides this service.  The user, who can enjoy this service by entering their e-mail, expressly manifest their acknowledgement and acceptance of the character of this, and at the same time, agree that   ByC Corona SL can handle, in the terms expressed in the current private policy, the e-mail address introduced to subscribe to this service.

In some cases, the information about visitors to the site, in an anonymous way, shared, or added with third parties who may be advertisers, patronisers or auditors, and only as a means for improving our services. All tasks are processed in accordance with the legal regulations and respect all of the rights concerning data protection and conforming to the current regulation.
